I had no athletic background when I attended my first Crossfit class. I joined with no expectation other than to lose weight. This sport, combined with its incredible community, not only helped me reach my goal weight, but it uncovered grit and determination I didn't know I had.
My self confidence has grown dramatically since I began Crossfit. I wish the younger me could see who I am today. From kicking upside down, flying on the rings, lifting my own bodyweight, to being able to workout with an audience and not wanting to crawl into a hole, I have learned that I can do hard things!
I have a passion for helping others. My purpose for coaching is to help you become the best version of yourself. Your goal might be improving your technique in the gym, dialing in your nutrition, or simply staying out of the nursing home.
